Orders & Services
Orders may be placed by phone, email, website inquiry, invoice approval, proposal approval, written agreement, or payment. Services may include ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, book coaching, formatting, publishing support, cover design, audiobook support, author branding, marketing, or other book-related work.
By submitting an order or payment, you are purchasing the service for your own use or authorized business use.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are due according to the agreed invoice, proposal, package, payment plan, or written agreement. Work may begin after the required deposit or payment is received. If payment is delayed, work may be paused until the account is brought current.
Because creative and professional service work requires time, planning, and labor, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. However, Novelle Ghostwriting may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion or as stated in a separate written agreement.
Copyright & Client Use
Deliverables created specifically for a fully paid client project are intended to become the client's property, unless otherwise stated in writing. The client is responsible for how the final material is used, published, promoted, distributed, or submitted to third-party platforms.
You agree to indemnify and hold Novelle Ghostwriting harmless from unauthorized, illegal, or improper use of delivered content, website content, or project materials.
No Plagiarism
Novelle Ghostwriting does not knowingly support plagiarism, academic dishonesty, copyright infringement, or unlawful use of written material. Clients are responsible for using delivered work ethically and legally.
We are not responsible for consequences arising from improper use of any written material, including academic, professional, legal, publishing, or disciplinary consequences.
Revisions

Once a section, stage, draft, or deliverable is approved, additional changes or a new direction may require a new fee or updated agreement.
Publishing Consultation & Results

However, we do not guarantee acceptance by any publisher, bookstore, media outlet, platform, or third-party organization unless a specific written guarantee is provided.
We also do not guarantee sales, bestseller status, reviews, rankings, audience response, media coverage, or any specific commercial result unless separately stated in writing.
